PURSUE Second Release

Special Analytical Correlations & Observations
★ Connection 1: Reza ↔ McCasland Professional Link
House Oversight Committee explicitly confirmed that Mondaloy research (Reza's invention) was funded under AFRL programs overseen by McCasland during his AFRL command. Two most prominent cases in the cluster are DIRECTLY professionally connected.
★ Connection 2: Casias Phone Reset
Melissa Casias's BOTH personal and work phones were factory-reset before her disappearance — suggests either deliberate data destruction by Casias herself (anticipating something) or third-party sanitization of digital evidence.
★ Connection 3: Albuquerque Nexus
McCasland (Feb 2026), Steven Garcia (Aug 2025), and Anthony Chavez (May 2025) all disappeared from the greater Albuquerque/Los Alamos area of New Mexico — the geographic corridor containing Kirtland AFB, Sandia National Laboratories, and Los Alamos National Laboratory.
★ Connection 4: Loureiro-Brown Shooter Connection
Nuno Loureiro's killer (Valente) was also linked to a mass shooting at Brown University TWO DAYS before killing Loureiro — suggesting either a coordinated multi-target operation or a mentally disturbed individual who happened to target a fusion scientist by coincidence.
★ Connection 5: Invention Secrecy Act Trend
Active secrecy orders increased EVERY SINGLE YEAR from 5,976 (2021) to 6,543 (2025) — a 9.5% increase during the exact period that UAP disclosure efforts intensified. The government is classifying MORE patent applications as the public push for transparency grows.
★ Connection 6: Argus Leader Decision (2019) → FOIA Shield Reinforcement
The Supreme Court's expansion of Exemption 4 trade secret protection (2019) occurred precisely as UAP disclosure momentum was building — coincidence or not, it LEGALLY STRENGTHENED the exact mechanism used to shield contractor-held UAP materials.
★ Connection 7: Havana Syndrome Device Confirmation
DHS acquisition of a working pulsed-RF device with Russian components that REPRODUCES AHI symptoms when tested on animals (2024-2026) — validates Eskridge's claims of directed-energy harassment before her death. The technology exists, is portable, and is in active use.
★ Connection 8: Nolan → Sol Foundation → Institutional UAP Science
Garry Nolan directs the Sol Foundation (symposium Baveno, Italy, Oct 2025) — the same researcher who discovered the basal ganglia anomaly now runs the primary institutional bridge between UAP research and mainstream academia.
★ Connection 9: PURSUE Portal Traffic
war.gov/ufo received over 1 BILLION hits after launch — demonstrating overwhelming public demand for UAP transparency and the failure of the secrecy apparatus to suppress civilian interest.
★ Connection 10: Wolfgang Pauli Profile Picture
@TMBSPACESHIPS used quantum physicist Wolfgang Pauli as profile picture. Pauli (1900-1958) was known for the 'Pauli exclusion principle' but ALSO for deep engagement with Carl Jung on synchronicity and the relationship between physics and consciousness — a meta-signal consistent with the account's thesis that UAP physics and consciousness are linked.

THE VECTOR

How the Military-Industrial Cartel Launders Reality
(And Offs the Scientists Who Figure It Out)

By Justin Todd Bogner | justintbogner.com | CambrianMinds.com

Let's get one thing absolutely, unambiguously straight: The truth is not ``classified'' anymore. That word implies a bureaucratic process, a rational system, a government that at least had the institutional decency to stamp ``TOP SECRET'' on a folder and file it in a vault somewhere. No. The truth has been privatized, corporatized, and laundered through a labyrinth of defense contractors, proprietary IP law, and Supreme Court precedent so Byzantine that the Founding Fathers would have burned the Constitution in protest and started over. It is enforced by the kind of state-sanctioned, extrajudicial violence that makes the Cosa Nostra look like a neighborhood watch program. And if you haven't been paying attention to the epistemological avalanche burying the mainstream narrative—the congressional hearings, the presidential initiatives, the bodies piling up in the desert—then frankly, what the hell have you been looking at?

You probably caught Congressman Tim Burchett on The Joe Rogan Experience (Episode #2495, May 7, 2026). Burchett, a sitting U.S. Representative and the tip of the legislative spear for the UAP Caucus, sat across from Rogan and didn't just dismantle the polite veneer of the military-industrial complex—he took a blowtorch to it. He didn't dance around ``interagency miscommunications'' or ``over-classification.'' He called the Pentagon brass what they are: ``war pimps.'' His exact words: ``I always throw out the `war pimps' — my daddy fought for this country... that's their business is war and their business is very good.'' He laid out the mob analogy with surgical precision: the cartel doesn't need to take out the kingpin. They ``rough up the busboys'' to make sure every single person in the restaurant knows the cost of opening their mouth. He referenced scientists being ``allowed to commit suicide'' with the kind of acid sarcasm that only a man who has seen the classified briefings and knows exactly how grotesque the official cover stories are could muster.

This is not some guy in a basement with a tinfoil hat and a YouTube channel. This is a federal legislator, on the record, on a platform with tens of millions of listeners, confirming the exact operational parameters of a structural cover-up that has claimed the lives and freedom of our brightest minds. And the machine just keeps grinding.

The Body Count: A Statistical Impossibility

Let's look at the board. Not the sanitized, ``tragic coincidence'' version that legacy media is trying to sell you. The actual board.

Since 2022, we have documented at least twelve top-tier U.S. scientists, researchers, and military officials—people working on nuclear fusion, aerospace metallurgy, directed-energy systems, gravity modification, and advanced propulsion—who have vanished, been shot, or died under circumstances so suspicious that even the White House had to stop pretending it wasn't happening. In mid-April 2026, President Trump himself acknowledged the situation as ``pretty serious stuff'' and ordered a holistic review involving the FBI, DOE, DOD, and local law enforcement to determine whether the cases are connected. The FBI confirmed it is ``spearheading the effort to look for connections.''

Let me say that again, slowly, for the people in the back: The President of the United States ordered a federal investigation into whether someone is systematically killing America's top scientists.

And on April 20, 2026, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer and Subcommittee Chairman Eric Burlison sent letters to the Secretary of Energy, the Secretary of War, the FBI Director, and the NASA Administrator demanding staff-level briefings by April 27. They wrote that if reports were accurate, the situation represented ``a grave threat to U.S. national security and to U.S. personnel with access to scientific secrets.'' They specifically cited a professional link between two of the most prominent cases—Monica Reza and General William Neil McCasland—through Air Force-funded research on advanced materials.

The subset of the U.S. scientific population possessing top-secret aerospace, nuclear, and SAP clearances is remarkably small—a fraction of the roughly 700,000 individuals with TS clearances, itself a subset of the 2 million researchers in the country. For a double-digit cohort within this elite intersection to suffer unexplained disappearances, sudden ``suicides,'' targeted murders, and untraceable vanishings within a truncated four-year window is not stochastic misfortune. It is a purge.

I'm tired of the word ``coincidence.'' It's the intellectual equivalent of a participation trophy—something you hand out when you don't want to deal with what actually happened.

Amy Eskridge: They Killed Her and Called It Self-Care

Amy Catherine Eskridge was 34 years old, double-majored in chemistry and biology from UAH, and had evolved into a master interdisciplinarian spanning electrical engineering, physics, and genetic engineering. As co-founder and president of the Institute for Exotic Science in Huntsville, Alabama—Rocket City, the backyard of NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center—she was pushing the absolute bleeding edge of anti-gravity technology, electromagnetic drives, and reactionless propulsion systems. In 2018, she presented ``A Historical Perspective on Anti-Gravity Technology'' to the Huntsville Alabama L5 Society, reviewing Thomas Townsend Brown's ``Gravitator'' and the EM Drive. She was building the exact suite of technologies required to replicate UAP flight characteristics outside the Newtonian box.

On June 11, 2022, she was found dead from a ``self-inflicted gunshot wound.'' Madison County ruled it suicide. Case closed. Move along.

Except for this: one month before she died, Eskridge sent a text message to a business associate that read—and I want you to read this twice—``If you see any report that I killed myself, I most definitely did not.'' She wrote to another friend: ``If you see a news report that I took my own life, it's a lie.'' This is not the language of someone planning to end their life. This is the language of someone who knew what was coming and was trying to get ahead of the cover story.

In the weeks preceding her death, Eskridge reported being subjected to directed-energy weapon attacks. She suffered burn marks and lesions on her hands and body, which she and a colleague with weapons experience attributed to an RF K-band emitter operated from an SUV. Retired British intelligence officer Franc Milburn, a friend of Eskridge, subsequently submitted findings to the U.S. Congress in 2023 alleging she had been murdered by a private aerospace entity to suppress her research.

And here's the thing that should make your blood boil: the directed-energy weapon she described? It exists. In late 2024, the Department of Homeland Security, with Pentagon funding, clandestinely acquired a portable, backpack-sized device that emits pulsed radio-frequency energy. The device contains Russian-manufactured components. In 2026, Pentagon testing of this device—including animal experiments—produced injuries consistent with the symptoms reported by Anomalous Health Incident (Havana Syndrome) victims. The technology Eskridge said was being used to attack her is not hypothetical. It is real, it is portable, and it is in active operational use. They killed her and called it self-care.

Monica Reza: The Metallurgist Who Vanished Into Thin Air

Monica Jacinto Reza held degrees from Columbia University and UCLA. She was the Director of Materials Processing at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory and the co-inventor of Mondaloy—a revolutionary nickel-based superalloy developed in the mid-1990s alongside her mentor Dallis Hardwick at Rocketdyne. Mondaloy solved one of the most intractable problems in rocket propulsion: creating a material lightweight and strong enough to withstand high-pressure, high-temperature gaseous oxygen environments in staged combustion cycle engines without spontaneously combusting. Before Mondaloy, American engineers avoided these designs because the oxygen would literally eat the engine components. Her invention allowed the U.S. to end its dependence on Russian-made RD-180 engines. It is currently used in approximately 12 critical components of the AR1 engine and the Air Force's Hydrocarbon Boost Technology Demonstrator. She held three distinct patents for burn-resistant and high-tensile-strength metal alloys, won the inaugural Luminary Award from HENAAC while at Boeing, and worked extensively with the Air Force Research Laboratory.

On June 22, 2025, this 60-year-old woman vanished while hiking on the Mount Waterman Trail in the Angeles National Forest. She was walking approximately 30 feet behind a companion. The companion called out, received no response, turned around, and she was gone—in an area where the nearby road was both visible and audible. The next day, a beanie believed to be hers was found in Devil's Canyon ravine, roughly 600 feet below the trail. Tracking dogs lost her scent abruptly at that location. Despite one of the largest search-and-rescue operations in Los Angeles County history—Altadena Mountain Rescue, Antelope Valley SAR, FLIR thermal aircraft, K-9 units—her body has never been recovered.

People do not evaporate 30 feet behind another human being on a hiking trail. Not without help.

And the connection that the House Oversight Committee itself flagged? Mondaloy's development was funded under Air Force Research Laboratory programs. The AFRL is headquartered at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. The man who commanded that laboratory from 2011 to 2013, overseeing the multi-billion-dollar portfolio that included the very research programs Reza's invention supported, is the next name on this list.

The McCasland Anomaly: Apex Gatekeeper, Gone

Retired U.S. Air Force Major General William Neil McCasland was not a peripheral figure. He was not a mid-level bureaucrat who stumbled into something above his pay grade. He was the apex gatekeeper of American aerospace secrets.

McCasland held a Bachelor of Science from the Air Force Academy and a Ph.D. in astronautical engineering from MIT, funded by the Hertz Foundation—an organization whose fellows make a ``moral commitment'' to make their skills available to the United States in times of national emergency, and whose alumni include the director of Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, a former DARPA deputy office director, and the co-founders of Anthropic. His dissertation, ``Sensor and Actuator Selection for Fault-Tolerant Control of Flexible Structures,'' was supervised by Richard Battin—the technical director of Apollo mission development and the man who designed the guidance computer that put human beings on the Moon. Even as a junior Lieutenant in the early 1990s, McCasland was handed leadership of classified development units within the Secretary of the Air Force's Office of Special Projects. He went on to direct the Aerospace Data Facility at Buckley AFB, serve as Chief Engineer of the Navstar GPS Joint Program Office, direct the Space-Based Laser Project Office, command the Phillips Research Site at Kirtland AFB, act as Vice Commander of the Space and Missile Systems Center, and serve as Director of Special Programs within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics at the Pentagon—where he functioned as the Executive Secretary for the Special Access Program Oversight Committee (SAPOC).

Let me translate that for civilians: SAPOC, governed by DoD Directive 5205.07, is the body that reviews, approves, and oversees every single Special Access Program in the United States Department of Defense. The chair is the Deputy Secretary of Defense. McCasland was the pipeline. Every unacknowledged SAP, every compartmentalized black program, every piece of exotic technology that the defense establishment wanted to keep buried—it crossed his desk. He was the 7th Commander of the Air Force Research Laboratory at Wright-Patterson, managing over 10,000 personnel and billions in advanced weapons research. After retirement, he served as Director of Technology at Applied Technology Associates and on the Board of Trustees for Riverside Research.

His connection to the UAP subject is a matter of irrefutable public record. The 2016 WikiLeaks release of John Podesta's emails revealed that Tom DeLonge had explicitly identified McCasland as the key figure who helped assemble his private advisory team for what became To The Stars Academy. DeLonge wrote to Podesta on January 25, 2016: ``He mentioned he's a `skeptic,' he's not... He just has to say that out loud, but he is very, very aware—as he was in charge of all of the stuff. When Roswell crashed, they shipped it to the laboratory at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. General McCasland was in charge of that exact laboratory up to a couple years ago.'' That advisory network included Luis Elizondo (former AATIP director), Chris Mellon (former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence), Hal Puthoff (SRI remote viewing program physicist), and Steve Justice (former Lockheed Martin Skunk Works director).

On the morning of February 27, 2026, a repairman interacted with the 68-year-old McCasland at his Albuquerque home around 10:00 AM. His wife left for a medical appointment at 11:10 AM. When she returned shortly after noon, he was gone. He left behind his phone, his prescription glasses, and his wearable medical devices—severing every standard method of digital and physical tracking. His wallet, hiking boots, a red backpack, and a .38-caliber revolver were missing. A Silver Alert was issued. A massive coordinated search involving the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office, the FBI, New Mexico Search and Rescue, and personnel from Kirtland Air Force Base canvassed over 700 homes, deployed drones, helicopters, and K-9 units. Eight days later, a gray U.S. Air Force sweatshirt was found 1.25 miles from his home. No blood. Ownership was never confirmed.

He has not been found.

The Albuquerque Nexus

Here is a pattern that nobody in the mainstream press has bothered to connect: McCasland vanished from Albuquerque in February 2026. Steven Garcia—a government contractor and property custodian at the Kansas City National Security Campus, which manufactures the majority of non-nuclear components for the U.S. nuclear weapons arsenal, a man with top security clearance and oversight of sensitive high-value assets—vanished from Albuquerque on foot in August 2025, carrying a handgun, leaving behind his vehicle, keys, phone, and wallet. Anthony Chavez, a retired Los Alamos National Laboratory employee, vanished from Los Alamos in May 2025, leaving behind his car, wallet, keys, and cigarettes. Melissa Casias, an administrative assistant at LANL, vanished in June 2025 after both her personal and work-issued phones were found at home, reset to factory settings—keys, wallet, and purse also left behind.

Four people. All connected to the defense-nuclear-aerospace corridor. All from the same geographic nexus: the stretch of New Mexico containing Kirtland Air Force Base, Sandia National Laboratories, and Los Alamos National Laboratory. All gone. All left behind the exact items—phones, wallets, keys—that would allow them to be tracked. Casias's factory-reset phones are not the behavior of a despondent person walking away from their life. They are the forensic signature of either anticipatory evidence destruction or third-party digital sanitization.

The Digital Ghost: @TMBSPACESHIPS

The physical disappearance of General McCasland cannot be analyzed in isolation. It must be correlated with the digital anomaly that preceded it by exactly twenty-two minutes.

Between November 2022 and the morning of February 27, 2026, the anonymous X account texttt{@TMBSPACESHIPS} posted 1,645 times, disseminating highly technical, seemingly classified data regarding aerospace physics. The account's display name was ELECTRIC PROPULSIVE SPACECRAFT SYSTEMS. Its profile picture was quantum physicist Wolfgang Pauli—and if you know anything about Pauli beyond the exclusion principle, you know he spent the later years of his career collaborating with Carl Jung on the nature of synchronicity and the relationship between physics and consciousness. That choice of avatar was not random. It was a thesis statement.

The account's bio read: ``38 year Active Duty USAF PhD Engineer. AFIT/AETC/AFMC - UT/OU.'' Every single credential maps flawlessly to William Neil McCasland:

item PhD Engineer: McCasland earned his Ph.D. in Astronautical Engineering from MIT (1988). item AFIT/AFMC: The Air Force Institute of Technology and Air Force Materiel Command are both headquartered at Wright-Patterson, where McCasland commanded the AFRL. item AETC: Air Education and Training Command covers the Air War College at Maxwell AFB, from which McCasland graduated in 1995. item UT/OU: McCasland grew up in Austin and attended the University of Texas; his wife Susan's family had roots in Oklahoma.

The account disseminated hand-drawn schematics of a ``Closed Cycle Plasma Alternator'' (dedicated to researcher Ashton Forbes, posted July 7, 2025) and discussed advanced physics frameworks including Eikonal Corrected Discrete Electrodynamics for Kinetic Media, Malus' Theorem applications, and a concept the account coined: ``Thermostatic Vector Sensing Reference Systems''—a term describing the navigation of craft within a continuous RF mirror plasmasphere where traditional GPS cannot function. This term does not appear anywhere in mainstream aerospace literature outside of discussions of this account. It is original technical nomenclature, minted by someone with operational knowledge of systems that do not officially exist.

In August 2025, the account posted a link to a 1980 NASA technical manual—Measurement of Aircraft Speed and Altitude by William Gracey (NASA Reference Publication 1046)—claiming to have personally authored pages 218 through 220 under Chapter XIII, which detail exotic altitude instruments: the hypsometer, cosmic-ray altimeter, gravity meter, and magnetometer. The account explicitly acknowledged the danger, posting in July 2025: ``Power can be free. I lost my military retirement over posting like these.'' It ominously warned another user: ``Wait till after the show begins, late 2027.''

At 10:38 AM on February 27, 2026, the account made its final post. Twenty-two minutes later, General McCasland walked out of his Albuquerque home without his phone or glasses and disappeared from the face of the earth.

I will not insult your intelligence by calling that a coincidence. That is a synchronization event. The cartel identified the leak, localized the source, and executed a cleanup operation.

The FOIA Shield: How They Launder Reality

How do they get away with it? Burchett laid out the architecture of the scam on JRE, and the legal mechanics are even more airtight than most people realize. It is a system I call the FOIA Shield, and it has been stress-tested by seventy years of case law.

The Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. S 552) mandates that federal agencies disclose records upon formal request. But FOIA's jurisdiction is strictly limited to federal executive branch agencies. It does not—and has never—applied to private corporations. By physically and legally transferring retrieved anomalous hardware, zero-point energy mathematics, and advanced propulsion schematics to private aerospace contractors—Lockheed Martin, Battelle Memorial Institute, Boeing, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman—the intelligence community legally launders the truth out of the public domain.

This is not speculation. This is established law. In U.S. Department of Justice v. Tax Analysts (1989), the Supreme Court defined an ``agency record'' as requiring both creation/obtainment by the agency and the agency's control at the time of the request. The Burka v. HHS four-factor test (87 F.3d 508, 1996) determines ``control'' for contractor-held records based on: the intent to retain or relinquish control; the agency's ability to use or dispose of the record; whether agency personnel have read or relied on the document; and the degree of integration into agency record systems. If the data resides solely within a private contractor's facility and hasn't been integrated into agency records—which is precisely how these programs are structured—it is beyond FOIA's reach. Period.

And the Supreme Court made it worse. In Food Marketing Institute v. Argus Leader Media (2019), a 6--3 decision dramatically expanded FOIA Exemption 4's trade-secret protection. The Court rejected the 40-year-old ``substantial competitive harm'' test and replaced it with a standard that makes information ``confidential'' if the owner merely customarily treats it as private and provided it under an assurance of privacy. That decision was handed down in 2019—the exact year UAP disclosure momentum began building in earnest. Coincidence or not, it legally fortified the precise mechanism used to shield contractor-held UAP materials from public access.

Layer on top of that:

item The Atomic Energy Act: ``Restricted Data'' and ``Formerly Restricted Data'' are exempt from standard declassification processes, and critics argue this authority has been used to sequester UAP-related records under the guise of ``foreign nuclear information.'' item The Invention Secrecy Act of 1951: Empowers federal agencies to impose secrecy orders on patent applications deemed ``detrimental to national security.'' As of FY 2025, there are 6,543 active secrecy orders—up from 5,976 in FY 2021, a 9.5% increase during the exact period that UAP disclosure efforts intensified. The government is classifying more inventions as the public push for transparency grows. These orders have no statutory limit on duration. They can be renewed annually, forever. item FOIA Exemptions 1 and 3: National security classification and statutory prohibitions working in concert with Exemption 4.

The result is a multi-layered legal fortress. Government officials can look Congress dead in the eye, testify under oath that they have ``no record'' of these programs, and be telling the technical truth—because the programs are not on their books. They are buried inside corporate black-project divisions, shielded by proprietary IP law, enforced by NDAs that carry implicit death sentences, and backstopped by Supreme Court precedent that the contractors' own lobbyists helped shape.

Battelle and the Pentacle Memorandum

The roots of this arrangement are not new. They go back at least to 1953, when the Battelle Memorial Institute—based in Columbus, Ohio, contracted by the Air Force for scientific UFO study—produced Project Blue Book Special Report No. 14, a statistical analysis of over 3,000 sightings. But the real story is the Pentacle Memorandum: a classified ``SECRET'' memo dated January 9, 1953, written by Howard C. Cross, Director of Exotic Metallurgy at Battelle, to Miles Goll at Wright-Patterson. The memo revealed that Battelle was conducting a secret, parallel UFO analysis under Project Stork—and it explicitly discussed the upcoming CIA-sponsored Robertson Panel, recommending that Battelle control ``what can and what cannot be discussed.'' The memo was discovered in 1967 by Jacques Vall'{e}e while organizing J. Allen Hynek's files.

Cross wasn't just an exotic metallurgist moonlighting as a UFO analyst. The 1949 Battelle titanium alloy report—previously ``missing'' from the public record, finally released via FOIA in 2009—has been linked by researchers to the analysis of Roswell crash debris. Battelle chemist Elroy John Center allegedly confessed privately to examining ``parts'' from a crashed flying saucer. Center was later discovered as a co-author of the 1949 report. The ``memory metal'' described by Roswell witnesses has been argued by researchers to be the basis for Nitinol—the nickel-titanium shape-memory alloy.

And then there is Lockheed Martin. On September 9, 2025, investigative journalist George Knapp testified under oath before the House Oversight Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets. He stated that Robert Bigelow, founder of Bigelow Aerospace, had negotiated a deal with a senior Lockheed Martin executive to acquire ``unusual material'' safeguarded at a California facility—material that ``was not made here,'' containing no unknown elements but with a composition that suggested manufacture in a zero-gravity environment. The transfer was never completed. But the testimony is on the congressional record. Under oath. In 2025.

PURSUE and the Fracturing Dam

On the flip side of the coin, the secrecy apparatus is hemorrhaging. In February 2026, President Trump directed federal agencies to identify and declassify government files related to UAP, launching the Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters (PURSUE), hosted at texttt{war.gov/ufo. The first tranche, released May 8, 2026, contained 161 files—PDFs, reports, photographs, and videos from the Department of War (formerly DoD), the FBI, NASA, and the intelligence community, some dating to the post-WWII era, others documenting recent military intercepts over the Persian Gulf and Lake Huron. The second tranche, released May 22, 2026, added 51 video files and 13 documents, including transmedium} incident records—objects transitioning from air to water. A third release is imminent.

The portal received over one billion hits after launch.

In parallel, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, chair of the House Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, demanded in March 2026 that the Pentagon release 46 specific classified UAP video recordings by April 14, 2026. The Pentagon missed the deadline. But by late May, they released 51 videos—surpassing the original demand. The Schumer-Rounds UAP Disclosure Act, modeled on the JFK Assassination Records Collection Act of 1992 and designed to create an independent UAP Records Review Board with a presumption of disclosure within 25 years, continues to be pushed through the legislative pipeline.

And the international community is no longer waiting for America to lead. In May 2026, Japan's Chief Cabinet Secretary confirmed that Japan possesses its own UAP recordings and is evaluating them for public release. France's National Assembly has scheduled its first parliamentary UAP symposium for June 29, 2026, supported by CNES and GEIPAN. Brazil's Chamber of Deputies held its first official public debate on UAPs in September 2025. Even a former Bank of England analyst urged the bank in early 2026 to plan for potential financial instability arising from U.S. disclosures about non-human intelligence.

The dam is not cracking. It is disintegrating. And the cartel is scrambling.

The Whistleblower Chain

David Grusch—former Air Force intelligence officer, NGA and NRO veteran, representative to the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force—filed a formal whistleblower complaint with the Intelligence Community Inspector General in May 2022. The ICIG deemed it ``credible and urgent'' in July 2022. In December 2022, he provided approximately 11--12 hours of classified testimony to congressional staffers. On July 26, 2023, he testified under oath before the House Oversight Committee that the U.S. government possesses ``non-human'' spacecraft and recovered ``biologics,'' that a ``multi-decade'' crash retrieval and reverse-engineering program has been operating illegally outside congressional oversight, and that private aerospace contractors are actively involved in the storage and analysis of recovered materials. He stated he had faced ``very brutal'' retaliation and had knowledge of individuals who had been ``harmed or injured'' in efforts to conceal this information. He would not name specific contractors in public—only in a SCIF.

Since Grusch, the chain has not stopped. In November 2024, journalist Michael Shellenberger provided Congress with material on Immaculate Constellation—an alleged unacknowledged Special Access Program dedicated to UAP tracking, described as a ``parent'' SAP that consolidates imagery and measurement intelligence, and which allegedly uses artificial intelligence to autonomously monitor classified networks, detect UAP encounter data, and ``quarantine'' it to prevent circulation within the military intelligence enterprise or to congressional oversight. Pentagon metadata analyst Matthew Brown was identified as the central figure. The DoD denies it exists. Of course it does.

In January 2025, former U.S. airman Jacob Barber emerged as a whistleblower alleging 30 years of involvement in secret UAP retrieval missions, including piloting helicopters to crash sites and knowledge of a government ``psionic'' team for communicating with UAP.

The whistleblowers keep coming. The cartel keeps killing the ones who don't have congressional cover. And the ones with congressional cover? They get ``roughed up.'' Burchett's busboys.

The Ontological Substrate: Neurobiology and the Physics of Consciousness

Why go to these extremes? Why assassinate scientists, target researchers, and disappear generals? Everyone reaches for the obvious economic angle—the disruption of the global petroleum cartel, the instant obsolescence of multi-trillion-dollar fossil fuel infrastructure, the overnight collapse of the petrodollar. And yes, introducing zero-point energy would detonate the existing geopolitical power structure. But I'd argue—and I've been arguing, in The Vector of Inquiry, in Joint Custody of the Meat Suit, in The Serpent's Sentence, in The Mathematics of Connection—that the stakes are infinitely higher. They move past economics into the absolute deep end of existence.

It's not just about heating our homes. It's about the nature of consciousness itself.

Groundbreaking research by Dr. Garry Nolan—Professor of Pathology at Stanford University, holder of over 40 U.S. patents, author of over 300 publications, and director of the Sol Foundation (which held its 2025 symposium in Baveno, Italy)—has provided the biological evidence for this paradigm shift. Nolan was initially approached by the CIA and an aerospace corporation to analyze the physical and neurological effects of UAP encounters on military personnel and intelligence officers. The injuries mirrored what is now classified as Anomalous Health Incidents—Havana Syndrome.

Upon reviewing MRI scans of roughly 100 high-functioning individuals—savants, fighter pilots, intelligence officers, CEOs—who had experienced close-proximity UAP encounters, Nolan's team initially mistook what they saw for severe white-matter damage resembling multiple sclerosis. They were wrong. What they were actually observing was a massive over-connection of neurons—a hyper-density of neural connectivity—between the head of the caudate nucleus and the putamen within the basal ganglia. Prior MRIs, where available, proved this trait was congenital—present from birth, not caused by encounters. The same feature was found in historical participants of government remote viewing programs.

This is not fringe speculation. It is anchored in peer-reviewed neuroscience. In January 2011, Xiaohong Wan and colleagues at the RIKEN Brain Science Institute published ``The Neural Basis of Intuitive Best Next-Move Generation in Board Game Experts'' in Science (Vol. 331, Issue 6015, pp. 341--346, DOI: 10.1126/science.1194732). They demonstrated that professional shogi (Japanese chess) players exhibited specific activation of the caudate nucleus during rapid generation of the ``best next move''—a precuneus-caudate circuit that represents the transition from conscious cortical deliberation to automatic, intuitive basal ganglia processing developed through over a decade of training. Their 2012 follow-up in Journal of Neuroscience (Vol. 32, No. 48, pp. 17492--17501) confirmed that caudate head activity significantly increased from early to late training phases and correlated directly with performance improvement, while cortical activity showed no significant change.

Nolan described this dense caudate-putamen network as a ``brain within the brain''—a goal-processing system present in only about 1 in 100 to 1 in 200 individuals. He hypothesized that these individuals represent a ``breeding group'' of higher-functioning humans that could, over evolutionary timescales of roughly 100,000 years, potentially diverge into a distinctly different, more advanced branch of the species.

This framework is further substantiated by Daniel Pouzzner's Basal Ganglia Mediated Synchronization (BGMS) model (arXiv: 1708.00779, updated to v3 in September 2025). The BGMS model posits that the basal ganglia select specific oscillatory patterns from the cerebral cortex, dimensionally reduce them, route them through the thalamus phase-coherently, and circulate them back to widely separated cortical areas—synchronizing distant regions of the brain through spike-timing-dependent gain. If the basal ganglia function as the synchronizing metronome for cortical activity, then an over-developed caudate-putamen complex would allow the brain to synchronize with frequencies and information sources that baseline neurology cannot access.

And here is where the receiver model of consciousness enters—a lineage running from William James's 1898 Ingersoll Lecture (the brain as having a ``transmissive'' or ``permissive'' function, like a prism refracting white light), through Henri Bergson's 1896 Matter and Memory (the brain as an eliminative filter), through Aldous Huxley's 1954 Doors of Perception (the brain as a ``reducing valve'' preventing overwhelm by ``Mind at Large''), to the contemporary Orch-OR theory of Sir Roger Penrose (Nobel 2020) and Stuart Hameroff, which links consciousness to quantum computations within neuronal microtubules. Recent experimental work (2023--2024) has observed coherent vibrations in microtubules at ambient biological temperatures, and a 2024 study demonstrated that microtubule tryptophan networks exhibit ``superradiant'' states—collective quantum optical phenomena that exceed classical energy-transfer predictions.

If consciousness is not locally generated by the biological hardware of the brain but rather received by it—functioning as a biological antenna tuned to a non-local signal—then the advanced physics required to traverse spacetime (UAP technology) and the physics of human consciousness are inextricably linked. They are not hiding exotic metal or hardware. They are hiding the fundamental mechanics of reality. They are artificially stalling an imminent cognitive phase transition.

The missing scientists didn't stumble onto a better battery or a more efficient propulsion system. They stumbled onto the exit door of the simulation. They discovered that connection isn't just a warm emotion but a fundamental force that bypasses the constraints of spacetime—a reality I mapped in The Mathematics of Connection. And the people running the macro-corporate simulation are executing our best minds to keep that door bolted shut.

The Vector

I'm done being polite about this.

When sitting congressmen go on platforms with tens of millions of listeners to call the Pentagon ``war pimps'' and describe the assassination protocols of the intelligence community using mob analogies, the shadow government is losing its grip. When the President of the United States orders a multi-agency investigation into whether American scientists are being systematically murdered, the plausible deniability is over. When Japan, France, and Brazil independently begin their own UAP disclosure processes, the American monopoly on suppression is finished. When a portal set up by the executive branch to release classified UAP footage receives a billion hits in its first weeks, the public appetite for truth has exceeded every possible containment threshold.

The cartel has one move left: escalation. More disappearances. More ``suicides.'' More factory-reset phones and vanishing acts on hiking trails. They will try to outrun the disclosure curve by eliminating the people who can contextualize what the files actually mean. Because the files alone—the grainy infrared footage, the redacted memos—are not enough. What is enough is a scientist walking out of a classified lab and explaining, in plain language, what zero-point energy does to the ontological framework of human civilization. That is what they are killing to prevent.

But the vectors have converged. The legislative pressure, the executive action, the international momentum, the whistleblower chain, the neurobiological evidence, the quantum data—they all point in one direction.

Stay vigilant. Truth is not a static state; it is a direction. And right now, every vector points toward catastrophic, irreversible, and entirely necessary disclosure.
